Food is an integral part of our life. We have been hearing from generations that, “we are what we eat”.
I believe, we need to re-think on this.
We human have a tendency to blame others for everything we do or not do. Here , we are doing the same with the food. We take the decision of what to eat or not eat, then how come our food be responsible for our thoughts and well being.
I believe, it should be ” We eat, what we are “.
